Grass Fed Beef- Whole & Half Cows

Our Cows are Grass Fed, they are Not Grain finished. *Not given Hormones, or Antibiotics. Whole Cow $6.00/lb. Hanging Weight plus Butcher fees Half Cow $6.50/lb. Hanging Weight plus Butcher fees *The complete price breakdown and estimated Total cost can be found at the bottom of this page. Please allow for 3-5 days for your order to be processed, you will receive an invoice to your email for the non-refundable deposit of $250.00 that can be paid online. The balance which is unknown until we know the hanging weight will be due at pick up. The dates to select from below are the dates of the processing appointment for the cow, the beef generally takes approximately 10-14 days to be completed, sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks. *Be sure to download the "Beef Cutting Instructions" which is a blank cut sheet located near the bottom of this page for your viewing, I will contact you closer to the date to fill it out with you over the phone and answer any questions that you might have.

Heritage Pork- Whole & Half Pigs

Our pigs eat certified Organic Non-soy feed, lots of greens during the summer and fall months and hay in the winter months. *Not given Hormones, or Antibiotics. Whole Pig $5.50/lb. Hanging Weight plus Butcher fees Half Pig $6.00/lb. Hanging Weight plus Butcher fees Sausage & Smoked/Cured items are offered at an additional fee. Sausage is $1.50/lb. on those items Smoking/Curing is $3.25/lb. on those items. Curing options are... -Maple, Honey & Black Pepper -No Nitrates -No Sugar/No Salt -Hickory Smoking *The complete price breakdown and estimated Total cost can be found at the bottom of this page. Please allow for 3-5 days for your order to be processed, you will receive an invoice to your email for the non-refundable deposit of $150.00 that can be paid online. The balance which is unknown until we know the hanging weight will be due at pick up.
