Spring Homestead Academy 2024

Back by popular demand our Homestead Academy is a great way for your kids to learn all things Homesteading from the owners of Healthy Living Farm & some other great teachers! This is a Drop- off farm program for 7-12 yr olds. Scroll up to the ad for more information and details. Cost is $165.00 per person ($15 sibling discount is available) Once your registration order is submitted you should get a confirmation reply with in 1-3 days, we will send you an invoice to your email for the deposit amount of $65.00 to reserve your spot, that may take up to 5 days so just keep a look out for that. $100 balance is due at the start of the class. You will also receive a liability waver, and photo/video release form to you email both need to be printed, signed and brought to the first class.

Whole & Half Cows

Our Cows are Grass Fed, they are Not Grain finished. Not Vaccinated!! Also Not given Hormones, or Antibiotics. Whole Cow $5.50/lb. Hanging Weight plus Butcher fees Half Cow $5.85/lb. Hanging Weight plus Butcher fees *The complete price breakdown and estimated Total cost can be found on our PRICES page. Please allow for 3-5 days for your order to be processed, you will receive an invoice to your email for the non-refundable deposit of $250.00 that can be paid online. The balance which is unknown until we know the hanging weight will be due at pick up. The dates to select from below are the dates of the processing appointment for the cow, the beef generally takes approximately 10-14 days to be completed, sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks. *Be sure to download the "Beef Cutting Instructions" which is a blank cut sheet located near the bottom of this page for your viewing, I will contact you closer to the date to fill it out with you over the phone and answer any questions that you might have.

Our Pigs Eat Grass, Hay & Certified Organic Corn & Oats. They are also Non-Soy. Not Vaccinated!! Also Not given Hormones, or Antibiotics. Whole Pig $4.50/lb. The balance which is unknown until we know the hanging weight will be due at pick up. Cornish Cross Broiler Chickens

Minimum order of 10 whole chickens @ $5.75/lb. ($100.00 Deposit Required. Non-refundable, please mark your calendar) Buy 25 or more whole chickens @ $ 5.50/lb. ($125.00 Deposit Required. Non-refundable, please mark your calendar) These are whole chickens picked up fresh on the day of processing, they must be picked up on the date and time that you select. Pick ONE date per order. Thank you Our price for whole chickens from our freezers in the Farm Store is $6.25/lb. buying bulk is a nice savings. (Choose a date & time from below to come pick up your chicken)

Pasture Raised, Organic Fed Price is $6.00/lb. Turkeys will range from 15-22lbs. approximately. Non-refundable $30 Deposit Required. Turkeys must be picked up fresh (end of Sept. exact date yet to be determined) *All Turkeys are first come first serve, no size requests. Any Turkey not picked up will not be held, and will be available to the next person in line on the waitlist. Once your order is submitted please allow for 1-3 days for order processing, then check your email for an invoice to pay online.
